'Cabinteely Park Spring Sun'

I always have loved this park since I was a teen. There is something special about it; be it the nature aspect or wildlife. This particular painting/watercolour I did from a few tonal studies. It was the couple sitting on the bench that grabbed my attention. I just loved the woman's red coat, it stands out, as does the woman bending to scold her dog centre of painting. The objective here was to get the whole feel of sunlight and activity into the watercolour.
